What it is
DTG (direct-to-garment) prints ink straight into cotton — photographs, gradients, a hundred colours, and a print you cannot feel. It is the method for single pieces, samples and small drops on 100% cotton.
DTF (direct-to-film) prints your artwork onto a film that is heat-pressed onto the garment. It bonds to cotton, polyester, blends and nylon, gives vivid colour on dark fabrics and costs less per piece as numbers grow.
Screen printing pushes ink through a mesh screen, one screen per colour. From around fifty pieces of one design it is the cheapest and most durable option — the classic streetwear and event-tee finish. You do not have to know which you need: send the artwork and quantity and we will tell you.
When to choose it
Sample a design on one tee, approve it, then run fifty. DTG makes the sample cost what a sample should.
Sports days, school leavers, company events, F&B staff tees — one design across sizes, printed to a date you set.
Logo tees for giveaways and campaigns, quoted per hundred, delivered folded and bagged if you need them.
Choose from 77 colours of heavyweight cotton in the catalog, or bring garments you already own. Tell us the fabric and we'll say which method suits it.
Vector or 300dpi PNG is ideal. A sketch or a phone photo is fine — we'll tell you what it takes to make it print-ready.
Every print is inspected before folding. Wash inside out at 30°C and it outlasts the tee.
