What it is
Embroidery starts with digitizing: your logo is converted into a stitch file that decides thread direction, density and underlay. Done well, it is the difference between a logo that looks embroidered and one that looks moulded into the fabric. We digitize in-house, keep the file on record, and every reorder matches the first.
Caps are our home ground. Front logos, side marks, back text, Bahrain flags, 3D puff — on structured trucker caps, dad hats, fitted Flexfits and bucket hats from the catalog, all from stock in Bahrain. It is the same work we do for Cap On's own shop.
Beyond caps: polo shirts, jackets, hoodies, tote bags, towels and workwear. Left-chest logos, sleeve marks, name personalisation. For flat, fine-detail artwork on a t-shirt we may recommend DTF instead — we'll say so.
When to choose it
A curved, structured surface that thread handles far better than ink. Front, side, back and visor positions.
Left-chest logos on staff polos, jackets and workwear. Survives industrial washing; reads premium to customers.
Names, roles, numbers — stitched one by one from a list you send, at the same price per piece.
Foam under the stitches gives a bold, raised logo. Best on bold shapes and block letters, front of cap.
Embroidered badges, sewn on or with a backing, for uniforms, clubs and merch.
Thread can't do a photo. Fine, multi-tone artwork on a flat garment is better as DTF or DTG — we'll switch you.

Embroidery on your own cap starts from about BHD 1.500 per position, with front logos from about BHD 2.000 and 3D puff from BHD 2.500. An embroidered cap including a '47 Brand blank starts from about BHD 6.800. New logos carry a one-time digitizing fee of BHD 3.000–5.000.
