Silk-screen printing pushes ink through a mesh stencil, one screen per colour, and cures it into the garment. It is the most durable print there is and, from around fifty pieces of one design, the cheapest per piece. We run it in Bahrain for streetwear drops, event tees, staff shirts and merch.
What it is
Each colour in your design becomes a screen. Ink is pulled across the mesh onto the garment, then cured with heat. The result is a thick, opaque layer that sits bold on any colour of fabric — the finish you know from classic band tees and streetwear — and survives hundreds of washes.
The economics follow the setup: screens cost money to make, so screen printing makes sense from around fifty pieces of one design and gets steadily cheaper per piece beyond that. Fewer colours means fewer screens, which is why one- and two-colour designs are the sweet spot. For a handful of pieces, or artwork with photographs and gradients, DTG or DTF are the better tools.
We print water-based and plastisol inks, specials like puff and metallic on request, on tees, hoodies, tote bags and workwear from the catalog or supplied by you.
When to choose it
Event tees, staff shirts, a brand drop — one design across a run is where screen printing beats everything on price.
Logos, type, graphic illustration with a few solid colours. Opaque inks on dark garments with no dulling.
Uniforms and merch that get washed constantly. Cured plastisol outlasts the garment.
Puff, metallic, glow and discharge inks for streetwear finishes — ask when you brief us.
Screen charges make small runs expensive. DTG or DTF gives you the same design without setup.
Halftones are possible but rarely worth it at this scale — DTF prints photographs as they are.

How it works
Vector artwork is ideal for screens. Tell us the garment, the print positions and the date.
A run price, a mockup on the garment colour and Pantone-matched inks before a screen is made.
Screens burned per colour, printed on a press, cured at temperature. First pieces checked against the mockup.
Typically 3–5 working days for a run; larger jobs and specialty inks may need a little longer.
